Vaping doesn’t need to be tasteless. CTPharma’s vape cartridges maintain the true taste of carefully crafted cannabis oils. The ceramic heating elements absorb and distribute heat from the embedded coil evenly and regularly.
Warning: Cannabis that is vaped or smoked is likely to have an onset within 15 minutes while cannabis that is consumed is more likely to have a delayed onset of up to 2+ hours or more.

Vaping Concerns

In light of recent events we’d like to put out a statement concerning vape products. Our vape products do not contain Vitamin E, nor have they ever.

We manufacture 3 different vape products. Our DC Pure Vapes, contain only cannabis oil. We also manufacture a vape product line that contains cannabis oil with Polyethylene Glycol 400, and another product line that contains cannabis oil, Polyethylene Glycol 400 and flavor extracts. All product labels and certificates of analysis can be found on our website and the DCP Medical Marijuana Brand Registry

The CT medical marijuana regulations define “pharmaceutical grade marijuana” ( Sec. 21a-408-1. Definitions) as follows.

(52) “Pharmaceutical grade marijuana” means marijuana or marijuana products that are not adulterated and are:

(A) processed, packaged and labeled according to the Food and Drug Administration’s “Current Good Manufacturing Practice in Manufacturing, Packaging, Labeling, or Holding Operations for Dietary Supplements,” 21 CFR 111;

(B) labeled with the results of an active ingredient analysis, a microbiological contaminants analysis, a mycotoxin analysis, a heavy metal analysis and a pesticide chemical residue analysis which have been completed on a batch basis by a laboratory; and

(C) where each step of the production, cultivating, trimming, curing, manufacturing, processing and packaging method has been documented by using established standard operation procedures approved by the commissioner;

 CT is the only state in the country that requires compliance with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). The cGMPs exist to assure purity, identity, composition, and safety in consumer-packaged goods. For CTPharma, this means:

1. We track every batch of product using a lot number system. Each product formulation follows a batch record that requires specific ingredients added in a specific order according to the batch record recipe. The formulations are stored and packaged according to standard operating procedures. Completed batch records are retained as official records.

2. We only use approved ingredients from approved suppliers. All ingredients are listed in the “ingredients” section on each product label. No other ingredients are ever added to a product other than those declared on the label. To do so would adulterate the product.

Please avoid any products that are not from a state-regulated marijuana program. Unlike products from the CT MJ program, these products are not laboratory tested and may contain adulterants that may be harmful to your health.
